Stage 2

Design

Issuing schematic drawings.
Issuing service layouts.
In house co-ordination with all services.
Co-ordination with Architects /Structure / Landscape Consultants etc.
Preparing standard technical specifications.
Preparing budgetary estimates

Stage 3

Tender

Issuing General Conditions
Issuing Special Conditions
Cross checking overall Design Parameters, Equipment and Costing.
Issuing Tender Document with Drawings

Stage 4

GFC drawings & Approval

Issuing GFC drawings.
Approval of shop drawings prepared by contractors.
Approval of technical submittals
Assessing and certifying bills of contractors.
